Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Products will be exchanged within 4-5 days of the delivery date.
  • The exchange of the product will only happen when a customer receives damaged or incorrect product
  • Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

      How to Exchange:

      • You will receive an exchange authorization and detailed instructions on how the product would be exchanged
      • Pack the item securely and include all original packaging.
      Processing Exchanges:
      • Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria.
      • If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
        Shipping Costs:
        • The shipping costs would be covered by the company because it is our mistake that the customer received a damaged or an incorrect product
